The goal of the sessions is to provide a developmentally appropriate approach to early childhood music education by introducing children to, inspire and give them hands on involvement in the world of music. Children learn about rhythm and musical expression through fun music games, songs, chants, rhythmic rhymes dancing, movement, counting “in time” and instrument exploration. We teach basic concepts of rhythm, structure, and musical expression using movement.

We explore new songs to sing (classic kids folk songs, current kids songs, songs written by Mr. Tommy expressly for the classes). We learn seasonal songs, and popular songs from around the world.

Each week we explore a new musical instrument (Each week a different professional musical instrument will be brought in so the children may hear, touch and learn about it’s construction components, and history)

We’ll help you provide your child with the basic musical skills needed to enjoy school and social musical activities.

Sessions are held on the bus, while it is stationary. Children are never transported on a moving bus.  Sessions are custom tailored for age groups. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, learning dances, watching, or exploring musical instruments.
